A 1/2" spiral screw extractor, size #7. This is the size that gets the most use on plumbing work, since 1/2" is the commonest nipple that shears off in a fitting. Driven counter-clockwise into a drilled pilot hole, the spiral bites tighter as it turns and backs the broken piece out - saving the fitting, and often saving cutting into finished pipework to replace it.
