Description

EX3512 120V 3.5 KW A tankless water heater heats water as it flows, so it is sized by the flow rate and temperature rise it has to deliver at the coldest inlet temperature, not by a tank volume. Electric models need the dedicated circuits and breaker sizes the maker specifies; gas models need the gas line and venting sized to the full input.
